Ability to analyse SORs of automotive manufacturer, write technical documents, and report to clients.

Establish Detroit office.
Build strong relationships with directors and above in procurement and technical departments of American automobile manufacturers.
Develop and execute client development strategies, regularly reporting to headquarters.
Serve as the primary commercial contact for new clients in the USA.
Achieve sales revenue.
Negotiate product prices, R&D fees, POC fees, tooling fees, payment terms, and delivery conditions to maximize company profits and cash flow.
Ensure timely collection of project-related R&D and tooling fees.
Analyse and anticipate new technology requirements from clients.
Assist in negotiating technical contracts.

Conduct market analysis to understand the needs and preferences of American OEMs.
Over 10 years of sales experience with OEM suppliers or extensive resources and connections in American OEMs.
Knowledge of APQP and PPAP theories, and ISO/TS16949.
Experience with automotive smart cockpit and intelligent driving products.
Strong presentation skills, financial knowledge, and understanding of profit and loss.
Extensive knowledge in quoting and contract management, with the ability to conduct marketing and competitive analysis.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Familiar with the company registration process in Detroit, relevant tax regulations, and US labor laws, including wage standards, working hours, leave policies, and termination condition.
