  • Sales Director

    Location: Gyeonggi, South Korea

    Responsibilities:

    I. Customer Development & Management

    • Responsible for customer development and relationship maintenance in the Korean market (especially Hyundai Motor, Kia Motors, and their core Tier 1 suppliers), establishing and deepening partnerships with key departments including customer purchasing, R&D, and quality;

    • Develop and execute customer strategies targeting Hyundai and Kia, enhancing the company's market share within the Korean OEM and Tier 1 ecosystem;

    • Lead commercial negotiations with customers, covering pricing, contract terms, technical agreements, supply conditions, etc., to maximize the company's interests.

    II. Opportunity Acquisition & Project Advancement

    • Continuously track new vehicle platform plans and technology roadmaps of Hyundai and Kia, proactively identify business opportunities, and drive the company's products to secure new project nominations from customers;

    • Lead the end-to-end RFQ/RFI response process, coordinating internal teams (R&D, engineering, quality, production, etc.) to deliver technical solutions, cost quotations, and project plans;

    • Follow up on all phases from project development to mass production (samples, PPAP, production ramp-up), ensuring customer milestones are achieved on time.

    III. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

    • Collect and analyze market dynamics in the Korean automotive electronics sector, competitor intelligence, and changes in customer demands, providing decision-making support for the company's product strategy and pricing policies;

    • Regularly produce market insight reports and provide feedback to headquarters on technology trends and changes in procurement strategies of Korean customers.


    Requirements:

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    I. Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Automation, International Trade, or related fields;

    • 10+ years of sales/key account management experience in the automotive electronics or Tier 1 components industry, including at least 5 years of direct experience working with Korean OEMs;

    • Proven track record of direct sales/project acquisition experience with Hyundai Motor or Kia Motors, with in-depth knowledge of their purchasing processes, technical development systems, and quality requirements;

    • Strong network and relationships with Hyundai, Kia, and their core Tier 1 suppliers (e.g., Hyundai Mobis, HL Mando, SL Corporation, etc.);

    • Native Korean proficiency, fluent English (unhindered business communication), Chinese language skills are a plus.

    II. Professional Skills

    • Familiarity with the technical characteristics and market applications of mainstream automotive electronics products (e.g., domain controllers, smart cockpits, in-vehicle communication, ADAS, BCM, etc.);

    • Knowledge of Hyundai and Kia's supplier management systems and development processes (e.g., Hyundai/Kia supplier evaluation system, PPAP, APQP, and other quality tools);

    • Excellent commercial negotiation and project acquisition capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects with annual sales exceeding $10 million USD;

    • Keen market insight, capable of independently analyzing customer needs and proposing targeted solutions.

    III. Preferred Qualifications (Plus Items)

    • Candidates with prior work experience at Korean core Tier 1 suppliers such as Hyundai Mobis, HL Mando, or SL Corporation are preferred;

    • Candidates with sales management experience at a foreign Tier 1 supplier in the Korean market are preferred;

    • Candidates with bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English are preferred;

    • Candidates with a breakthrough case of successfully developing Hyundai/Kia as a new customer/ new business from "0 to 1" are preferred.

  • Financial Director

    Location: Bucharest,Romania

    Responsibilities:

    Full Financial Management – Own all finance activities for the Romania plant & R&D center, including accounting, tax, treasury, and budgeting.

    Build from Scratch – Establish local finance policies and procedures in compliance with RAS, IFRS, and Group standards.

    Budgeting & Analysis – Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, manufacturing cost, and R&D expense analysis.

    Cost Control – Implement standard costing, monitor BOM/manufacturing/labor costs, and drive cost reduction initiatives.

    Tax & Compliance – Manage TVA, CIT, transfer pricing, audit coordination, and statutory filings.

    Treasury & FX – Oversee local treasury, cross-border fund transfers, and EUR/CNY FX risk management.

    Internal Controls & Systems – Build internal control framework, support SAP (FI/CO) deployment, and ensure data integrity.

    HQ Coordination – Lead monthly closing, prepare consolidation data packages, and act as the finance bridge between Romania and China HQ.

     


    Requirements:

    Required:

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting / Finance

    8+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years as a finance head in a manufacturing environment

    Solid knowledge of RAS / IFRS and Romanian tax regulations

    Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO)

    Fluent in Romanian and English, with working proficiency in Chinese

    Strong ability to work independently and build finance functions from scratch

    Preferred:

    Chinese heritage or long-term working experience in Chinese enterprises

    Background in automotive electronics, smart technology, or manufacturing

    Experience as a finance leader for Chinese overseas subsidiaries

    ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualification

    Proven experience in transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning

  • Technical Director

    Location: Bucharest,Romania

    Responsibilities:

    Team Management & Project Delivery

    Lead team building, daily management, technical guidance, and task allocation for the Romania R&D Center

    Develop project plans, conduct workload estimation, risk identification, and cost control

    Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery and motivate team potential

    Technical Guidance (one or more of the following areas)

    Define technical roadmaps for smart cockpit upper-layer applications (IVI, HMI, voice, navigation, cloud services, etc.)

    Lead architecture design, core development, and system optimization for in-vehicle central control applications

    Drive architecture optimization and new feature development for phone connectivity technologies (CarPlay, CarLink, HiCar)

    Resolve key technical challenges and performance bottlenecks (crashes, ANR, memory management, etc.); lead system debugging and performance tuning

    Process & Standards Development

    Experience in division of labor and collaboration between headquarters and overseas R&D centers

    Demonstrate financial awareness and allocate resources appropriately based on project needs

    Technology Trend Tracking

    Monitor technical trends of overseas OEMs and provide insights for the company's technology strategy

    Track industry directions including AR-HUD, multi-screen interaction, scenario-based services, AI large models, and 3D HMI

    Drive pre-research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies

     


    Requirements:

    Requirements

    Education & Major

    Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Automation, Automotive Engineering, or related fields

    Work Experience

    10+ years of experience in automotive electronics software R&D or product management

    At least 5 years of team management experience

    Technical Competencies (one or more of the following)

    Requirements analysis and architecture design for smart cockpit SOC underlying software (Display, Camera, Ethernet, Video, BT/WIFI, USB, drivers, etc.)

    Hardware abstraction layer design and standard interface definition; familiarity with Hypervisor, Docker, system hardware isolation, and other advanced technologies

    Deep understanding of QNX/Linux/Android, Hypervisor, and native middleware design principles and mechanisms

    Proficiency in Java/Kotlin or C/C++, with deep understanding of Android architecture, memory management, and UI rendering mechanisms

    Language & Communication

    Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) – able to use English as a working language

  • Senior Automotive Software Integration Engineer (IVI / Embedded Linux)

    Location: Bucharest,Romania

    Responsibilities:

    Own daily software integration activities for IVI / cockpit platforms

    Manage software builds, release baselines, and version deliveries

    Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, or similar tools

    Support Linux / Android system image generation, packaging, and deployment

    Coordinate with BSP, middleware, application, and testing teams to ensure successful integration

    Troubleshoot build failures, dependency conflicts, and system-level issues

  • Android Software Engineer – Intelligent Cockpit / IVI

    Location: Bucharest,Romania

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain Android-based software for in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems

    Participate in system design and integration across Android framework, HAL, and middleware layers

    Work on Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or customized Android platforms for automotive use

    Collaborate with BSP, system, and hardware teams to ensure stable and efficient system integration

    Analyze and resolve system-level issues related to performance, stability, and resource usage

    Participate in requirement analysis and technical discussions with internal teams and customers

    Optimize system performance (boot time, memory usage, threading, IPC, etc.)

    Support debugging and issue resolution during development and validation phases

    Requirements:

    Mandatory Requirements

    5+ years of Android development experience (Java/Kotlin)

    Hands-on experience in automotive software projects, especially in IVI / infotainment / cockpit domain

    Strong understanding of Android system architecture (Framework, Binder, HAL, Services)

    Experience with multi-threading, IPC, and system performance optimization

    Familiar with Linux-based systems and embedded development environments

    Fluent English for technical communication in an international team

     

    Technical Qualifications

    Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or customized Android IVI platforms

    Familiarity with HAL development, system services, or framework-level development

    Understanding of BSP integration and interaction with lower-level components

    Knowledge of vehicle communication interfaces (CAN, Ethernet) is a plus

    Experience with debugging tools (logcat, systrace, perf tools, etc.)

    Familiar with modern Android architecture patterns when applicable
