Zone Controller solutions

We design and manufacture automotive-grade zone controllers that serve as the control nodes of the vehicle’s electronic and electrical architecture. Acting as the foundational hardware layer of our intelligent vehicle system, each zone controller governs body electronics, lighting, power distribution and comfort functions within specific physical areas of the vehicle. By consolidating dozens of low-voltage ECUs into several high-integration computing nodes, our zone controller solution simplifies the wiring harness, enhances energy efficiency and system stability, and reduces manufacturing cost

  • Hardware platform

    Hardware platform

    Each zone controller adopts an automotive-grade MCU platform and supports multiple high-speed communication technologies such as CAN-FD, LIN and Ethernet. The controllers feature distributed power management using E-Fuse and MOSFET technologies to achieve precise and reliable control of high-current loads. The PCB design adopts a modular approach allowing platform level standardization while maintaining flexibility for OEM-specific functional configurations such as lighting, seat or door control

  • Software platform

    Software platform

    Our zone controller software platform is developed in compliance with AUTOSAR Classic Platform and ISO 26262 functional-safety standards, and incorporates over 100 reusable software modules with a platformization ratio of approximately 80%. The stack includes basic software (BSW) modules such as MCAL, COM, DEM and DCM; complex device drivers (CDD) for high-speed communication and power control; and middleware supporting SOA communication protocols such as SOME/IP, DDS and TCP/IP. This architecture enables function calls and cross-domain service routing between zone controllers and higher-level domain controllers, allowing OEMs to flexibly deploy atomic or composite application services according to vehicle design needs
