On July 29, 2024, Wuxi Autolink Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Autolink") and MobileDrive Corp. ("MobileDrive") signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Based on the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation, and project success, the two parties will establish a comprehensive, long-term, and stable strategic partnership through in-depth collaboration in the research, development, and manufacturing of automotive smart cockpit domain controllers. The agreement was signed by Ma Jianjun, Marketing General Manager of Autolink, and Huang Shengjie, Head of MobileDrive's Global Product R&D Center. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Wu Hongjuan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Wuxi Economic Development Zone; Chen Guoquan, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Wuxi Economic Development Zone; Chi Yuyang, CEO and General Manager of MobileDrive; and Yang Hongze, Chairman of Autolink.
